1. Once we have discussed the scope of your project and estimated the hours and rates for editing the same, choose to deliver your document(s) using one of the following means:
   • Email attachment
   • CD or hard copy of original manual by regular mail
2. I will edit and/or rewrite your documents ensuring:
   • appropriateness and logical flow of contents
   • accuracy of spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and grammar
   • overall crispness of key phrases, sentences, and content organisation
   • choice and consistency of fonts and overall appearance (layout/design)
   • visibility of vital information (such as keywords or contact information)
3. You will receive the edited document along with a FREE written feedback giving reasons and suggestions for any changes made. You may request hardcopy printouts of the edited documents. (The printing and delivery charges incurred will be added to your final payment.)
